Just the press of a button

Just a note to let you know how pleased we are after changing from a wood fire to your pellet fire. The pleasing part is the fire does everything you said it would. Not only does the pellet fire give a more constant heat, we feel warmer in the legs than we did with the wood fire due to the downward heat flow. The ease of pressing a button to start the fire, rather than chasing wood, makes it an absolute pleasure to operate. We would also like to give your Sales Manager a mention for his professional attitude and after sales follow up. Your fire has so impressed us, that should the opportunity arise, we would be very interested in talking with you in regards to becoming an official Distributor.
