"We installed a pellet fire to replace our open fire. Julie is really appreciating having the pellet fire this year and has commented on the house being alot better to live in over winter. Not only does it heat our lounge, but eminates heat into our hallway. We have also put in a heat transfer system which has taken the chill off three bedrooms running off our hall/entrance way. We have had our Parkwood Pellet Fire for some two months now. We are very happy with the performance and economy of the fire. In our previous home we owned a Canadian made Evolution. We consider the Parkwood Pellet Fire to be a better fire, it seems to put out more heat and is more economical to run. We particularly like the fact that we can see the flame on low heat settings. Just a note to let you know how pleased we are after changing from a wood fire to your pellet fire. The pleasing part is the fire does everything you said it would. Not only does the pellet fire give a more constant heat, we feel warmer in the legs than we did with the wood fire due to the downward heat flow. The ease of pressing a button to start the fire, rather than chasing wood, makes it an absolute pleasure to operate. We would also like to give your Sales Manager a mention for his professional attitude and after sales follow up. Your fire has so impressed us, that should the opportunity arise, we would be very interested in talking with you in regards to becoming an official Distributor.

Just to let you know that the pellet fire is going very well and to thank you for the service that you have supplied after installing the heater. I'm afraid now days society has changed and it is very rare that after you have been sold something that the sales person contact you to see how the product is performing and to offer backup service.
