Just a note to let you know how pleased we are after changing from a wood fire to your pellet fire. The pleasing part is the fire does everything you said it would. Not only does the pellet fire give a more constant heat, we feel warmer in the legs than we did with the wood fire due to the downward heat flow. The ease of pressing a button to start the fire, rather than chasing wood, makes it an absolute pleasure to operate. Recently we purchased two pellet fires to use as the sole heating for our 40 square home. My parents also purchased a fire for their 27 square home to supplement other heating.

For our home, the heaters have very nicely met our needs. We have a kitchen/ lounge area of over 6 squares that we mostly live in during winter. This area gets toasty warm, with a very pleasant, clean heat. The fire also throws a beautiful warm light into the room at night and can eliminate the need for lighting when watching TV.

They are easy beyond belief to start, and the minimal cleaning required gives me a nice sense of satisfaction once the job is done.

We are very, very happy with our pellet fires.

My parents are also happy with theirs. Their heating bills for winter, in the past approached $2,500, with oil central heating and a gas heater. These costs have dropped dramatically with only minimal use of central heating and only one delivery of pellets at $450 to date. They run their heater almost 24/7 and their house is totally different to walk into. Prior to getting the pellet fire heater, the house was always cold, even with central heating. Now, one is enveloped in a cozy heat.

The Pellet fires have been a very successful choice for heating our homes and we are very happy with them.

I used to come home after work on a winter day to a chilly home but with being able to set the timer, I now walk into a lovely warm home. I have recently installed a heat transfer kit into my home, which pairs up beautifully with the fire, helping to keep other areas in my home warm, especially the kitchen which is at the other end of the house. I used to have a night store heater on up there to take the chill off, but with the combination of the pellet fire and heat transfer kit, I don't require this anymore. This also saves me dollars. I would recommend this solution to anyone.
