There is no dust from the fire when cleaning

I want to tell you of our satisfaction of the efficiency of the Pellet Fire you installed at our premises. Having seen it work at a field day I was impressed enough to take the plunge and purchase one. However we were sceptical about the heat output from such a small firebox. Previously we had a slow combustion heater, which was adequate but did not get the room warm enough on very cold nights. The pellet fire not only heats the room well but it also permeates into other rooms. We start the fire on max setting till the room is warm, then decrease gradually to the lowest setting which normally is more than adequate to maintain the heat. One other great advantage is the fact that there is no dust from the fire when cleaning. We have an insert model which requires the use of a vacuum cleaner to clean the firebox, this together with a quick wipe of the glass with a damp cloth and the job is done, no mess, no ash to dispose of. We are surprised at the lower cost of using pellets as compared to purchasing wood and also the ease of refuelling.
