We don't have to go out in the cold to collect wood

Dear Ken, thank you for installing our wood pellet fire, it is amazing the grandchildren love it and i know its going to be so much easier for our ageing mother,it is so warm and cosy so much easier to flick a switch and not have to go out in the cold to collect wood. Thank you very much.
