We know we did the right thing when it comes to home heating and dealing with Parkwood Pellet Fires

I am writing to say how very pleased my wife and I are with the purchase of our Parkwood Pellet Fire. As you will recall, after your onsite demonstration of the product we asked your advise on location for the fire in our house, as the layout and design, created some degree of uncertainty. It was discussed that the most strategic location for the fire could well be in the garage as the internal entry door leads into a hallway, which leads to the living quarters which is approximately 17-18 metres away, you felt the unit was quite capable of directing the heat to where it was most desired. I carried out a minor alteration to house the fire in, and the result has been incredible, the unit even heats the bedrooms that are behind the fire, at the end of the hall in the opposite direction. When the fire is operating we can see the heat rising in our dining room, by means of a thermometer. We normally have to turn the fire down after 2 or 3 hours of operating on the higher setting.

So once again, we are more than satisfied with your product, along with your friendly, and professional manner, we know we did the right thing when it comes to home heating and dealing with Parkwood Pellet Fires.
